Interlocks
A loading dock interlock system is essential to dock safety and efficiency.
Typically the Wheel Lock system should be interlocked to the dock door allowing the door to open only when a vehicle is in the docked position thus removing the edge of dock fall hazard. In turn the door should be interlocked to the dock leveller allowing the dock leveller to only operate when the door is in the fully open position thus preventing door damage. |
